You are warmly invited to join a gentle and nurturing Full Moon Release Circle — a space to unwind, reconnect, and let go of what no longer serves you.
Together, we will move through:
🌕 Gentle slow-flow yoga designed to release tension from the body
🌕 An optional sharing circle to open the space with presence and connection
🌕 Kali mantra chanting with harmonium, inviting emotional release and inner strength
