Workshop - modifications, adaptions and ajustments part i & II

Join me for this gentle yoga class to help you drop into your body. We will explore range-of-motion, strengthening, stretching and realignment within a gentle and soothing breath-mediated practice. The perfect way to relax and de-stress your body and mind after a long week.

pop up class - LENGTHEN, STRENGTHEN AND REALIGN YOUR SPINE

Does your back feel stiff when you wake up, or after a full day at the computer? Did you know that if you measure your exact height when you wake up in the morning and then again before you go to bed, you are shorter? Yikes! Yes, all of this is normal, it happens to everyone, even if you don’t have a desk/computer job. But you can lengthen and strengthen and realign your spine! All you need to do is add a little yoga to your life. Easy, right? Not usually. It’s hard to know exactly what to do, how to do it and then to make yourself do it, right? This Pop-up class is designed to help you: Ease back pain Learn simple techniques to relax and realign your spine Gain mobility and freedom across your back (and therefore in your shoulders and hips) Build inspiration for your (short!) daily back care practice

16/mar - {14h30 - 17:30} - Workshop YOGA FOR BACK PAIN

Do you wake up in the morning with stiffness and/or soreness in your lower back? Do you find yourself leaning forward and hunching your shoulders as you drive, look at your phone, work at your computer and chop those veggies? Do you carry tension in your neck and shoulders? This class workshop is designed to help you explore how you can gently rebalance, stretch, and strengthen your back from your neck to your tailbone. You will leave this workshop with a number of tools and strategies to help yourself and/or your students practice the yoga you love and that your body craves, without feeling limited by back sensitivity. In this workshop you will: ·Learn how to approach your favorite yoga poses in a way that keeps your back feeling strong and supported Identify ways in which your postural and movement patterns contribute to back sensitivity ·Different strategies to strengthen and rebalance your back ·Simple ways to create healthier patterns in your posture
